Lauren Resnick celebrates 20 years in the field of Speech Pathology
SOUTH HUNTINGTON, NY, March 16, 2010 /Children and Youth PR News/ -- Lauren Resnick, M.S., CCC, SLP, Owner of Up Wee Grow, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in speech pathology.
Lauren Resnick received her master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology at Adelphi University in 1988. She has practiced as a pediatric speech/language pathologist specializing in evaluating and treating children with language delays for over 20 years. Lauren is presently the Co-Director of Up Wee Grow Inc. Up Wee Grow was founded in 1996 by Lauren and her two partners, Andrew Vaughan, Ph.D., Psychologist and Anne Long M.S. Special Education Teacher. The agency provides evaluations and therapies for children birth through 5, in five counties of New York State (Suffolk, Nassau, Queens, Bronx and Brooklyn). Services include speech therapy, special education, psychology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, service coordination and audiology. Lauren is also the co-author of a newly published book Maximum Strength Parenting To Raise Maximum Strength Children.
