Flemington Primary School is a learning establishment which uses a curriculum that is provided by the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority which covers all essential domains of learning. Among the variety of programs that Flemington Primary School offers are an extensive scholastic program, music instrument program and a language program. The school also offers numerous extra curricular activities including Chess Club, French Club, Kelly Sports After School Sports programs, extension arts, Solar Boat and Recumbent Bike and sewing club.
During her educational career, Lesley earned a Master's Degree in Education Computing from Charles University. She is currently in the process of continuing her education through online Graduate courses from Harvard University. She is a member of the Victoria Principals Association, Rotary Club of Flemington and Information Communication Technology in Education Victoria.
