Queetles: A New Toy With a Global Mission

Queetles are cute, colorful plush-toy critters that deliver a message of comfort and love while teaching the importance of global awareness and the power of giving back.

JUPITER, FL, May 11, 2011 /Children and Youth PR News/ -- The Company

Queetles is a Texas LLC, originally founded as a sole proprietary of Lorenza Lydia in 2006, with corporate offices in Allen, Texas. Queetles offers a collection of interactive critters. The line of stuffed, interactive toys is an entry point tied to multiple online stand-alone products, games, and memberships that encourage moral values, over-all goodwill, global concerns and a charitable community spirit.

In addition to teaching this message, Queetles follows the example it sets, in that Queetles has a direct-donation model for select charities built into its business model, and has plans to include these charities and their need for increased public awareness in their marketing and advertising efforts. It is this public-service agenda that sets Queetles apart from any other toy or product line in the world.

This charitable agenda found its first expression in 2007, when Mr. Lydia and several volunteers donated over 700 Queetles to children's hospitals all over the country, concluding their mission at the Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas, Texas before a single Queetle was offered for sale to the public. This simple act of kindness generated extensive media and public relations coverage.

The Toy

Queetles are cute and cuddly critters from The Land of Queetles, a secret world located in the many tropical rainforests across the globe. Their kind and clever intellect is instrumental in helping children to overcome their fears and difficulties, as Queetles introduced positive choices to help to make each kid a Great, big kid. Five Queetles arrive in the first journey, and several more from all across the world will follow periodically. Each Queetle arrives with an adoption number, a Qcoon pouch, a comforting message and a global mission.

Queetles come equipped with a voice module that allows a parent or friend to leave a positive or comforting playback message inside, helping to bring the little critter to life; Recommended for children ages 3 and up. (Batteries included)
