Fay Gurr has been named as an Executive of the Year by Stanford Who's Who as a result of her phenomenal professional career.
SYDNEY, NSW, AUSTRALIA, January 7, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Fay Gurr has been named as an Executive of the Year by Stanford Who's Who as a result of her phenomenal professional career. In her position as Principal of St. Vincent's College, Fay has consistently performed at an extraordinary level while displaying the leadership and professionalism required to be considered among the elite.
Fay has ascended to the pinnacle of her profession as a result of her determination as well as the demonstration of her exceptional work ethic, combined with her extensive knowledge and magnificent management skills. St. Vincent's College is the longest standing Catholic Day and boarding school for girls in Australia. Fay is responsible for educational leadership along with organizational leadership of the entire college, ensuring that all quality standards are met.
During her educational career, Fay earned a Master's degree in Education and Sociology from The University of New Castle in 1993. She is a Member of the Catholic Principals' Association as well as President of the Rotary Club. Fay aspires to found her own college in the future.
