During her collegiate career, she studied Management and Early Childhood Education at Sheridan College. Lisa was the recipient of the Teacher of the Year award from the Burlington Post. Under her exceptional leadership, the Glenn Arbour Academy received the Best Private School Platinum Award in 2007, 2008, and 2009, also from the Burlington Post.
